1. Services & Products Covered

Our Website provides:

  • Custom logo design services

  • Sale of ready-made logo and graphic licences

  • Commercial usage licences for gaming, casino, and entertainment-related apps, websites, and advertisements

This Refund Policy applies to all such purchases.

2. No Refund on Digital Goods & Licences

Since all logos, graphics, and licences are digital, downloadable, and instantly usable products, we do not offer refunds, except in specific, valid situations described in Section 4.

Once a digital file or licence is delivered, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

3. No Refund on Custom Logo Design Service

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Custom design work already started or completed

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Not liking the final design despite revisions offered

  • Delay caused due to non-response from the customer

However, we always try to ensure customer satisfaction by offering reasonable revisions as per the service plan.

4. Valid Refund Cases (Eligible Only If Applicable)

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

4.1 Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same order, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount.

4.2 Payment Made But Service Not Delivered

If:

  • You paid successfully

  • And we failed to deliver the ordered service or design

  • And no communication was sent by us

You may request a refund.

4.3 Technical Error in Payment Processing

If the payment gateway system fails and the order is not generated, a refund may be issued after verification.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will be declined if they fall under any of these:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You no longer need the design or licence

  • The product was purchased by mistake

  • The design does not match your expectation (but matches the description shown)

  • You purchased the licence but later realize it is not required

  • You violated any terms or attempted misuse of licences

  • Delivery was delayed due to incorrect details, spam filters, or your unavailability

6. Time Limit for Refund Requests

Valid refund requests (as per Section 4) must be submitted within:

3 days from the date of purchase.

Requests made after this period will not be considered.

7. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be issued within 7–14 working days

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method only

Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
