Licensing Terms

These Licensing Terms (“Terms”, “Licence”, “Agreement”) govern the use of logos, graphics, and digital assets (“Assets”) purchased or downloaded from sattamatkagames.co.in, operated by DPBOSS IT SOLUTIONS LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Asset, you (“user”, “buyer”, “licensee”) agree to these Licensing Terms.

1. Definition of Assets

“Assets” include:

Custom-designed logos
Ready-made logos
Graphic elements
Icons, banners, and artwork
Branding packs (if applicable)
Any digital file delivered through our Website

2. Licence Types

We provide different licence types based on the product purchased.

2.1 Standard Commercial Licence (Default)

Unless otherwise stated, every purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial licence.

This allows you to:

Use the logo/graphic in your app, website, social media, or digital ads
Use in promotional materials
Use in gaming, betting, or casino-related digital platforms
Modify the design for your usage

3. Permitted Usage

With a valid licence, you may:

Use the Asset for one brand, project, or organization
Use it in unlimited digital media (apps, websites, ads, banners, etc.)
Use it in paid promotions, marketing, or online advertisements
Modify, resize, recolor, or adapt the Asset for branding purposes
Print for offline materials (posters, signs, stationery, etc.)
Use the Asset globally without limitations

4. Restricted Usage (Not Allowed)

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or transfer the Asset to any third party
Share or upload the Asset on public download websites
Claim authorship of a ready-made Asset as your own creation
Register the Asset as a trademark without purchasing exclusive rights (if offered)
Use Assets in illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
Use the same Asset for multiple brands or clients without purchasing additional licences
Sell modified versions of the Asset as your own artwork

Violations will result in licence termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Exclusive Licence (If Purchased Separately)

In some cases, we may offer an exclusive licence for specific ready-made logos.

An exclusive licence grants:

Full ownership rights
No future resale of that Asset to any other customer
Rights to register as a trademark

Exclusive licences are only valid if explicitly purchased and confirmed by us.

6. Custom Logo Licences

For custom logo design orders:

You receive full commercial rights to the final approved design.
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a “non-disclosure” or “private project request” is made.

Raw files and revisions remain our intellectual property until the final delivery.

7. Trademark Registration

You may file a trademark application only if the logo is custom-made or purchased with an exclusive licence.
We do not guarantee trademark availability, uniqueness, or legal acceptance.
The customer is responsible for all trademark-related processes and legal checks.

8. Ownership & Copyright

All Assets remain the intellectual property of DPBOSS IT SOLUTIONS LLP until purchased.
After purchase, you receive usage rights as per the selected licence type.
Unlicensed usage is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

9. Delivery & Storage

Assets are delivered digitally to your email or user account after purchase.
You are responsible for securely storing your files.
Lost files may be reissued only if your purchase record still exists.

10. Refunds

Licence fees for digital Assets are non-refundable, except in specific allowable cases mentioned in our Refund Policy.

Refund requests for licence-related issues will not be accepted for:

Incorrect purchase
Change of mind
Trademark rejection
Misuse or violation of terms

11. Termination of Licence

Your licence may be terminated if you:

Violate these licensing terms
Use the Assets illegally or fraudulently
Attempt to resell or redistribute Assets
Engage in chargeback fraud after receiving files

Upon termination:

You must stop using the Asset immediately
All digital copies must be deleted
No refund will be provided

12. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

Trademark conflicts
Business losses arising from logo usage
Legal disputes caused by your misuse
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The maximum liability of the Company is limited to the amount paid for the Asset.

13. Governing Law

These Licensing Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
